I have taken the photo during a photo shoot on National Highway in 2013. Actually I took the photo from very long distance, standing under a shade to prevent myself from Sun. It was absolute summer and extremely Hot . But the Iron lady was toiling continuously under the scorching sun. Without farming, what will happen about the world’s food sources? starvation?
We all know about the importance of farmers in our society but when heard about the suicides of farmers, seriously it matters to me. Recently in West Bengal potato farmers are committing suicide after being unable to repay his agricultural loans. Many potato farmers have already committed suicide and I don’t know how many more?
